Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

It’s in its original condition, unused, and includes all original packaging and tags.

Return requests are submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized handbags and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Note: Items showing signs of use, damage, alterations, or wear will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@floudark.com with:

Your order number

The reason for return

Clear photos (if applicable)

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your return. Returns sent without an RAN will not be processed and may be returned at your expense.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for safely returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Label Options

For approved returns:

A downloadable PDF return label will be emailed to you.

If requested at the time of order, a physical return label can be included in your shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Gift cards and promotional vouchers

Custom handbags and personalized items

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, stains, or exposure to harsh conditions

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges under these conditions:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Exchanges are processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned item

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Note: Sale items and custom products are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (3-5 business days), and it meets the return eligibility:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end

An email confirmation will be sent once your refund is processed

Refund Timeline:

It may take up to 10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Items rejected during inspection for non-compliance

Custom, personalized, and final sale products

Orders canceled after shipping (product cost refundable, shipping fees are not)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Email support@floudark.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

Do not attempt to repair or alter the item

For verified cases, Floudark will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
