Exceptions: Customized items and products marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

If it has been dispatched, you may return it within 30 days of delivery (unused and in original packaging).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Floudark.

If damage is visible on delivery, refuse it and inform the courier.

If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours at support@floudark.com with your order number, description of the damage, and clear photos.
